Lofsdalen's Fjällhotel is a warm and laid-back hotel in Härjedalen, started in 2021 by the team behind Bleck in Södermalm and Hellas Storstugan in Stockholm. Our ambition is to create a unique mountain experience with less rowdy after-ski with unclear cover bands and more focus on a laid-back vibe, high-quality food & drinks, and a presence with a personal touch. The mountains, but in our own way.

When you work with us, you get:

Your own room in our staff accommodation located adjacent to the hotel. You have the ski slope just 100 meters from your door. Wake up, have a coffee, and hit the slopes.

Good pay, all meals included, and a great deal on a seasonal ski pass.

People with a fantastic vibe. It's as simple as that. Personality comes before work experience in our eyes.

You enjoy being around people and working in a service-oriented role, interacting with our guests. You can work hard and keep calm in stressful situations when needed, but also value the opportunity to relax and enjoy the mountains.

You are a team player who is motivated to work in a team :)

A plus is if you have work experience in the restaurant industry.
