Reception

When is check-in?

• Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. For late check-in, please inform the reception.

When is check-out?

• Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Parking

Is there parking at the hotel?

• Yes, we have a guest parking area behind the hotel.

Can I charge an electric car at your place?

• We do not have charging stations at our hotel, but there are charging stations available at the ski resort 200 meters away.

Family with Children

Is there a crib available at the hotel?

• Yes, we provide cribs! You can add this option when booking on our website or email us to arrange it.

Are there activities for children at the hotel?

• We have table tennis, billiards, a cinema room, video games, board games, and crafts. During holiday weeks, we also offer a packed schedule including activities like Easter egg hunts and kids' après-ski.

Is there a children's menu in the restaurant?

• Yes! During holiday weeks, we also have a smaller kids' buffet.

Can I warm baby food?

• Yes, we are happy to assist you with that in the restaurant or at the reception.

Storage

Is there a ski storage at the hotel?

• Yes, we have both a ski room and a boot room inside the hotel.

Is there a drying cabinet?

• No, we do not currently have drying cabinets, but they are planned for the future.

Is there bike storage at the hotel?

• Yes, we have a bike storage room inside the hotel with washing facilities.

Internet/TV

Is there a TV in the rooms?

• TVs are only available in our six-bed apartments. Other guests are welcome to watch TV and movies in the common areas of the hotel.

Is there Wi-Fi?

• Yes, we offer fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including in our studios and apartments.

Equipment in Hotel Rooms, Studios, and Apartments

What equipment is provided in your studios/apartments?

• Toilet paper, dish soap, dish brush, dishcloth, kitchen towel, two hotplates, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, essential cooking equipment such as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.

Are there cooking facilities in the hotel rooms?

• No, there are no cooking facilities in the hotel rooms. However, our studios and apartments are equipped with a kitchenette.

Is there a refrigerator in the hotel rooms?

• No, but we can help you store items in our staff refrigerator if needed. Our studios and apartments are equipped with refrigerators.

Is there a minibar in the hotel rooms?

• No, but you can order drinks at the bar and take them to your room. We have a full alcohol license throughout the hotel.

Is a hairdryer provided?

• Hairdryers are available for borrowing at the reception.

Is there a tea or coffee maker in the hotel rooms?

• No, tea and coffee makers are only available in our studios and apartments. You are welcome to bring beverages from the restaurant to your hotel room.

Laundry Service

Is there a laundry service available?

• No, we do not offer laundry service at the hotel.

Restaurant

What are the breakfast hours?

• During winter, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Exceptions may apply. Breakfast is included in all room bookings at the hotel and can be added as an extra for studio/apartment bookings.

When is lunch served?

• During winter, lunch is served during Christmas, New Year, sports holidays weeks 7-10, and Easter holidays weeks 14-15.

When is dinner served?

• During winter, dinner is served Wed-Sat weeks 2-6. During other weeks, dinner is served every evening from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Is there a children's menu in the restaurant?

• Yes! During holiday weeks, we also have a smaller kids' buffet.

Sleeping Accommodations

How many people can stay in a double room?

• Our double rooms accommodate 2 adults in twin beds + 2 children on a sofa bed (or 1 adult + 3 children).

How many people can stay in a family room?

• Our family rooms accommodate 2 adults in a double bed + 2 children in bunk beds (or 1 adult + 3 children).

How many people can stay in a "kompisrum" (friend's room)?

• Our "Buddy's" rooms can accommodate up to 4 people in two bunk beds.

How many people can stay in your apartments?

• Our three-person apartments accommodate up to 3 people, our four-person apartments accommodate up to 4 people, and our six-person apartments accommodate up to 6 people.

• It's a 200-meter walk from the hotel.
