In our restaurant at Lofsdalen's Mountain Hotel, we offer an alpine-inspired dining experience with a Swedish twist, with a particular focus on vegetarian options. Our philosophy is to deliver high quality without being pretentious. We take pride in making everything from scratch, including homemade sausages, freshly baked bread, and using locally caught perch and ingredients from carefully selected producers.
